Introduction to Rubber Accelerator DCBS (DZ)
Accelerator DZ is an aftereffect accelerator, which has good dispersion performance in rubber, long burning time in the rubber compound, and high operation safety. It is suitable for thick products and high active reinforcing dosage.
Accelerator DZ can be used as a retardation accelerator for natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, and isoprene rubber. Among the sulfenamide accelerators, this product has the longest scorch time and higher operating safety. It is suitable for oil-furnace carbon black high-filling compounds and butadiene rubber or reclaimed rubber-based compounds. Vulcanized rubber has good mechanical properties and dynamic properties, high elasticity and modulus, which is beneficial to improve the bonding of rubber and brass-plated steel cords. It is mainly used in tires, retreads, tapes and shock-absorbing products.
The production method of the accelerator DZ is as follows: within 90~120min, continuously add sodium hypochlorite dropwise into the reaction kettle containing dicyclohexylamine, stir vigorously and control the reaction temperature at 35~38°C, after the dripping Stir continuously until the ammonium chloride content is ≥90% to obtain dicyclohexylamine chloride. Put chlorinated dicyclohexylamine into the condensation kettle, and at the same time vigorously stir, add accelerator M sodium salt evenly within 60~80min. When the temperature is as high as 40~50°C, continue to stir for 30 minutes, cool down to 10°C and then discharge, wash and dry to obtain the accelerator DZ.
