Introduction to Rubber Accelerator CBS (CZ)
Accelerator CZ is a highly active post-effect neutral accelerator with good scorch resistance, safe processing and short vulcanization time. Soluble in benzene, toluene, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, carbon tetrachloride, acetone, slightly soluble in gasoline and ethanol, insoluble in water. The storage is stable for half a year, and it is easy to agglomerate, which generally does not affect the use. Prolonged heating will gradually decompose.
Accelerator CZ is a delayed accelerator commonly used in natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It has excellent scorch resistance, fast vulcanization rate and safe operation. The accelerating effect is very strong at the vulcanization temperature (above 138°C). This product needs to use stearic acid, zinc oxide, accelerator TMTM, TMTD, PZ, D or other basic accelerators as auxiliary accelerators, and can also be activated by accelerator DM or accelerator M.
The manufacturing method of accelerator CZ is as follows: Mix cyclohexylamine aqueous solution and accelerator M, add sodium hypochlorite dropwise while stirring, and obtain accelerator CZ after oxidation.
